Brand new to all things birds. Jayden was so helpful and patient and really educated me on feeding birds and how to set up the bird feeders. Excellent recomendations. Will be back

This chain is always a good stopping point for all things “Bird”. If you call ahead by a day or two they will breakdown a big bag of seed into two more manageable sizes.

I visited the Backyard Bird Shop a few weeks ago, and wanted to sincerely thank the wonderful staff for their help.🐦⬛ A big thank you to Seth and all other staff members for assisting my partner and me in navigating the many different bird poles and hook attachments. I understand it was confusing due to the various pieces. We eventually chose the tallest pole, a spigot, the extender and the four piece hook, and I couldn’t be happier with our decision! The added height helps attract more birds and makes it easier to watch them from our porch. I also picked up some no-mess seed and was really happy to see that they recycle old milk cartons. Plus, their website is full of helpful tips—it’s been a great resource for attracting more birds to my suet. If you have a bird pole, I highly recommend getting a squirrel baffle—it’s a must-have! I included a picture of the feeding pole, all assembled, with a few birds visiting. Thanks again to all staff. We plan to be back soon to pickup bird seed! 🐦⬛

Backyard bird shop is the best place in town to find something really fun for your birds or your backyard friends even. The selection is phenomenal and the help is exceptional as well. Great gift ideas and certainly something for the birds. I got this birdfeeder in December and not only do the birds hang out on it all day, but they even use it for shelter when it’s snowing.love love love this!

What a great little store selling bautiful yard decore, all sorts of things for tiny wildlife, and cute earrings too. Got an amazing wind chime for my mother's birthday and she loves it. Will be coming here again... Gotta get one of those spiral things.
